Since 1996, Intus Technologies has been building technology solutions for legal, medical, and trade associations across the country.
 
Our philosophy is simple.  Associations are very complex organizations with unique needs.  We recognize that with two strategies:
 
First, we put a strong emphasis on our world class service.  It's our opinion that association management software is useless when your employees don't know how to use it.  That's why we provide incredibly cost effective service plans with excellent service for all of our products.  As a matter of fact, 94% of all calls to Intus in 2007 were answered immediately by a real person, not an automated system.  All of our support personnel speak English natively, and are very personable.  All of our support personnel go through a rigorous 18 week training process, and all of them have excellent technical skills.  All of our support plans give you unlimited telephone support for their covered products.
 
Second, we build our product with a unique community driven approach.  Associations frequently require custom work done to their software to make it meet their needs.  When we make these modifications, we do them in a way that makes them usable for any client.  We then distribute those modifications to all of our clients that stay current with their service.  Therefore, if a new client comes aboard and has us make some new features, your association gains all of those new features just because you're our client.  In turn, when you hire us to build new modifications, your modifications go to everyone else.  This helps your features become well tested and documented.  It also gives other associations an opportunity to build and expand on them for your benefit.  This also allows us to train all of our personnel to support your product, no matter how much custom work you have us do.
